The above prices assume two people sharing (except for the Classic Single Room).
A discount may be available for single occupancy of a Double, Twin or Family room. Please contact us for details. .
* The Willowfield has only one single room – at the front of the 1st floor which has exclusive private facilities (across the landing) – not en-suite.
**Woodwell - Room 10 (ground floor twin) has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

We require a minimum TWO night stay for advanced bookings that include a Saturday night in our Premium rooms (April - October)
and for all rooms on a Bank Holiday weekend. We have a limited number of rooms available for Saturday night only advance reservations

Ancilliary Charges

A charge of £20 per night will be applied for a third person when sharing a family room with 2 adults.
Hire of Travel Cot - £5 per night

Guests are recommended to take out appropriate HOLIDAY INSURANCE to cover unforseen circumstances which may lead to cancellation at short notice.

Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with The Wllowfield (we/us/our), a legally binding contract is created which is subject to the following terms and conditions

1.

Price

The price payable is for acommodation for the number of nights booked.  Unless otherwise specified, full breakfast is included for the number of persons booked. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate

2.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit £50 per room is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed by us.At our sole discretion, where the booking is made less than 7 days prior to the date of the stay, the deposit may be deferred. In this case, credit card or debit card details will be required to act as a guarantee for the booking.  Deposits are payable by credit card or debit card.

Card Data

Where Debit or Credit card details are held by us, you agree to the data being used in connection with your reservation. The data may be used for the following purposes: Payment of Deposit; Payment of Outstanding Balance; Payment of Cancellation charges.  Upon completion of your stay, and once all accounts have been settled and funds cleared, all card data will be destroyed by us.

Confirmation

Bookings will be considered to be ‘Provisional’ until a deposit has been received, or until card details have been provided and verified.  A written confirmation will be sent (via e-mail or post) if required

Payment


Payment - Online Booking

The full balance, including any extras, must be settled prior to, or upon departure.  We accept Cash, Maestro, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa & Visa Debit cards. Cheques are not accepted.

Reservations made via our online platform involve automated financial transactions. The deposit (see 2. above) will be charged at the time of booking. The balance will be automatically charged on your arrival date. Payment for any extras taken during your stay may be paid directly by you, or will otherwise be charged to the card used for the online transaction.

Cancellation or Truncation
(By You)

Where a room is cancelled; where the duration of the stay is reduced less than 7 days prior to the original booked arrival date; where you fail to arrive (“no-show”); or where you leave before your due departure date, we reserve the right to charge the full balance for your original booked stay.

6b.

Cancellation
(By The Willowfield)

We will only cancel your reservation if: a) The accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control and suitable alternative accommodation is not available.  Or b) Your deposit payment is returned by your bank /card provider.
In the case of (a) above, if the alternative accommodation offerred is not acceptable, you have the right to treat the booking as cancelled upon which we will refund any monies paid. In this circumstance, you will not be liable for any further payment.
In any circumstance where you are entitled to compensation, the limit of our liability to you, arising from our breach of contract shall be up to a maximum of twice the cost of your booking.

Any refunds due will be made to the Credit/Debit card account which was used as payment or guarantee.

7.

Arrival & Departure

You will be able to check-in between the hours of 14:00 & 19:00.
We reserve the right to refuse arrivals after 19:00 (7pm) or at our sole discretion to levy a charge for an ’Out of Hours Arrival’.  Where arrival is refused, this will be treated as a Cancellation by you whereby clause 6(a) shall apply.

On the day of departure, you are required to vacate your room by 10:30. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night’s stay. A later departure may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to other reservations, and for which a charge will be levied.

8.

Damage & Breakage

We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen.  We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused. Where the damage is discovered after your departure, you will be notified in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable. We reserve the right to charge additional sums if we are unable to re-let the room as a consequence of the damage

9.

Smoking Policy

The Willowfield is a No Smoking Establishment.  If we find that guests have been smoking in the building, we reserve the right ask you to leave immediately.  You will remain liable for the whole of the cost of your stay.  Whether or not you are asked to leave, we also reserve the right to charge a sum equivalent to one night’s stay if we are unable to re-let the room for 24 hours whilst it is fully aired and deep cleaned. If evidence of smoking is discovered after your departure you will be notified in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable.

Pets.

We regret that pets are not accepted at The Willowfield.

11.

Our Liability

We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on our premises unless caused by the negligence of The Willowfield or its employees.

Data

Any data collected as a result of your booking will be stored in accordance with the provisions of current General Data Protection Regulations. Personal data is not shared with any 3rd party other than when required to do so by law.

13..

Law

Any dispute between The Willowfield and you will be governed by English Law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts

Guests are recommended to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances which may lead to cancellation at short notice.
